I've had such bad trouble with my computer lately, earlier I had a Runtime error for something in my Symantec Sharded folder, so I uninstalled Norton Antivirus. It's still acting really slow, and eventually I have to restart the computer.

Hi :) . You have the peper trojan. Download the removal tool from here & allow it to proceed with it's fix. There will be no dialogue. Note that you must be online when you run the tool for it to be effective. You must then reboot your computer.

Then delete the entire contents of this folder:
C:\docume~1\kare\locals~1\temp< this one

In order to view these files you may have to select 'show hidden files/folders.' Instructions on how to here.

Go here for an on-line scan & set it to autoclean for you.

Download & instal Adaware from here
& update it B4 scanning.
In settings under 'scanning,' have it set to
'scan within archives,'
'scan active processes,'
'scan registry,'
'deepscan registry'
'scan my IE Favourites for banned URL's,'
'scan my host's file.'
In 'tweaks' under 'scanning engine' set it to 'unload recognised processes during scanning.'
Also in 'tweaks' under 'cleaning engine' set it to 'Automatically try to unregister objects prior to deletion' & 'let Windows remove files in use at next reboot.'
Select 'activate in-depth scan' before starting scan.
When the scan is finished select 'next.'
Remove what it finds by placing a check in the box to the left of the object. Reboot

Download & instal Spybot S&D from here Update it B4 scanning. Go into settings & have it check for Beta releases also & download if available.
After the scan is complete, have spybot fix everything marked RED.
On the page that first opens when you start Spybot there is an option to immunise, you should do this. In the immunise section there is also a link to download Spywareblaster. Download that & you can keep it updated by selecting the same link that you use to download it. Reboot

Post a fresh log only after doing ALL the above.

Ok, I got as far as deleting everything from my Temp folder. But there are like thousands of files in there. I hope my computer will still be alright. =/ Though some of the files in there, it won't let me delete. Is that ok?

There usually is that many files in there if it doesn't get cleaned out very often. It is 100% safe to delete these contents & in fact, should be done on a regular basis. It is also the most likely place for nasties to install themselves as it is a hidden folder. You have a couple in there now. To completely delete the contents you will have to do it in safe mode.
Reboot into safe mode following the instructions here

Alright, the only thing it wouldn't let me delete from the Temp folder was a folder called Temporary Internet Files. I kept getting a window popping up that said 'Cannot delete TYPE%3~1.HTM: Cannot find the specified file. Make sure you specify the correct path and file name.'

Then I moved onto the Trend Micro scan, and it found ALOT of trojans and sasser a and b worms that were Non Cleanable. Should I just delete them?

I figured I'd delete them anyways. Here's my new log.

Create a new folder to put hijackthis in & move HJT into it. Once done Close all (browser) windows & rescan with hijackthis. When the scan is finished place a check in the box to the left of the following entries=

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = about:blank
