Please can someone have a look at my hijack this report before I proceed to throw my computer out of the window.

It is going increasngly slow and every time I click on something the a computer clean up screen pops up even though I have pop up blockers on my computer. Its driving me mad.

I would be so thankful if someone could do this for me
