Hyperlinks not working in web sites using Internet Explorer 6.0 (Win XP home)

Hi guys,

I have a big problem and am in need of some help.

Basically, for an unknown reason, when I click on a link on a webpage that will open in a new window the page that the link is on freezes for around 30 secs and then blinks and goes back to normal without opening the link.
I thought it may be a pop up blocker but it does the same with it turned off.

Where the problem was fixed by downloading and running Ad-Aware

(Which I have now completed)

and then downloading and running 'Hijack This!'

(which I have downloaded and ran and have the results)
Could someone please tell me what to do now from the info below from HijackThis as obviously my results are not the same as the persons in the similar thread but his problem was fixed by making corrections to his scan results.

I don't know if this is a repost or not but I know this is very helpful. You go to the website, post your HiJackThis log and the website **automatically** analyzes your log and tells you which entries are "nasty" or not. Here's a short site description:
