This forum has been of enourmous use to me before, but I've never actually posted here until now..

I got something called "ICOO Loader" on my computer. Everytime i click a download link an annoying dialogue pops up and asks me if I want to use "ICOO loader" to accelerate the download. Spybot and ad-aware hits finds nothing, and I cant find any processes or autostarts either... here's the hijackthis log:

here's a screenshot of the dialogue window: http://w1.185.telia.com/~u18511860/annoyingshit.jpg

One more thing: recently, I've started to recieve a lot of script errors from IE for no apparent reason. theese appear on pages that used to work fine. I do not know if this is spyware or virus related, but I can't see why else a buch of pages suddenly stops working for no apparent reason...

Thank you for your time.

ICOO is a download manager. Perhaps you can remove it from add/remove programs? Or delete the folder if it exists. Do a search of your computer for it.

That took care of the dialogua AND the Script error problem, thanks!

The thing is, I did'nt have ICOO installed on my computer... Either they have brached over inte the spyware buisness, or someone stole the ICOO name for their own SW... either way, it seems to be gone now... I'll just reboot to be sure...

again, Thank you!"

...and yes, everything is peachy =)

Me happy.
