Hi. I just found your other log posted at ComputerCops.They get very bogged down with logs there & can take a little while to get to you, but it is well worth the wait.
You have a couple of things there that need fixing, but can you also let us know the problems you are experiencing please.

Close all (browser) windows & rescan with hijackthis. When the scan is finished place a check in the box to the left of the following entries & click 'fix checked' :

Yes. My apologies. I got that one but missed putting it in the log after checking up on xoftspy. Delete the entry using hijackthis, then boot into safe mode & delete the actual file. Reboot normally then post that new log.

Left instructions how in my first post. You may be able to rid yourself of it by opening task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) & end process on that file. Then go to the file & delete it that way.
