Computer getting slower and slower
I want bog you down with a lot of words but the problem is browsing the Internet
if not on the net my computer changes pages in a flash but a good example
is this web net it takes forever to move down a page or go from one page to another.
I have ran every scan known to man but the problem is there

You do not have any nasties there, other than "O4 - Startup: PowerReg SchedulerV2.exe" which is a reminder that (ppl say) tries to connect to the internet. You can check that one in the hijackthis and fix it, so it won't be activated on the next boot.

Your system slowing down can be caused by disk fragmentation. Try defragmenting it. Use Diskeeper, if possible, for it does more than any other defragmenter. Most important is MFT defragmentation, which no other defragmenter, that I've seen, can do.
