Hi and welcome to Daniweb forums :).

Download HijackThis self-extracting zip version from here. Once downloaded, double click on the file & it will install into it's own, permanent folder.
Start HJT & press the "Do a system scan and save a log file" button. When the scan is finished a window will pop up giving you the option of where to save it. Save it to desktop where it is easy to access. Open the log file and copy the entire contents of the file & paste it into the body of your post. DO NOT FIX ANYTHING YET. Most of what is there is necessary for the running of your system.

Can you please do the following.

Because you didn't follow my instructions correctly from my last post, you need to move HiJackThis to it's own folder; like c:\HJT. When we're done 'cleaning' off your system, we're going to 'flush' the temporary folders which, with HiJackThis in it's current location, we'll lose both the program and the backups it creates. These backups are important in case we need to restore any 'fixed' entry(s) later.

Also move the "Backups" folder, for HiJackThis, if present.

Go here and download then run Silent Runners.vbs. Right click on the download link and select Save Target As. Save it to the desktop or to a folder in a permanent directory. It generates a log which will be created in the same folder you are running it from. Please post the information back in this thread.
If you have a script blocking program, please allow the file to run. It is not malicious.

Download the Hoster.
Run it and press "Restore Original Hosts" and press "OK". Exit Program.
Note that if you have a custom host file, this will remove it.

Download the attached zip file and unzip fixme.reg. Close all browser windows. Double click the file to run it and when asked if you want to merge with your registry, answer yes.

Download LSPFix and unzip to your desktop, then run it. Now, we need to:

check(tick) "I know what i'm doing".
click on (highlight) each occurrence of the following, one at a time:

cdnns.dll

then click ">>", moving each one, individually, to the 'Remove' pane.
(double-check, and make sure that only the above files are in the 'Remove' pane.)
click "Finish >>"

Click on Avenger.zip to open the file
Extract avenger.exe to your desktop

Copy all the text (including the 'Files to delete') contained in the code box below to your clipboard by highlighting it and pressing Ctrl+C:

Now, start The Avenger program by clicking on its icon on your desktop.

Under "Script file to execute" choose "Input Script Manually".
Now click on the Magnifying Glass icon which will open a new window titled "View/edit script"
Paste the text copied to clipboard into this window by pressing (Ctrl+V).
Click Done
Now click on the Green Light to begin execution of the script
Answer "Yes" twice when prompted.

The Avenger will automatically do the following:

It will Restart your computer. ( In cases where the code to execute contains "Drivers to Unload", The Avenger will actually restart your system twice.)
On reboot, it will briefly open a black command window on your desktop, this is normal.
After the restart, it creates a log file that should open with the results of Avenger’s actions. This log file will be located at C:\avenger.txt
The Avenger will also have backed up all the files, etc., that you asked it to delete, and will have zipped them and moved the zip archives to C:\avenger\backup.zip.

Please copy/paste the content of c:\avenger.txt into your reply along with a fresh HJT log by using Add/Reply

Are you closing every instance of Internet Explorer before fixing with hijackthis? You must do so.
AVG may also be stpping the fix. Try doing it in safe mode.

the error loading coljc.dll still exist
and I still can't remove this from hjackthis....and i try it in safe mode already

i can manually delete pctool the folder so i use the avenger again, but i stii can not remove info cache from hjackthis

You can try it, but try the following first to get rid of the pctools entry;

Download reglite and install it.
http://www.resplendence.com/reglite

Run Reglite and navigate to the “Browser Helper Objects” registry key using the following path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ explorer\ Browser Helper Objects

Highlite the following key and check the permissions on it (or simply "Take Ownership" of the key) and then delete it.

The result is no instances of "coljc" found
and the regcure i did not use it because my parents wouldn't allow me afford it.

But, under curious i search for CNNIC, result is 16
