Hi ,
I have this pc for 2 yrs now ,using wireless ( Verizon DSL)
Now I have problem with my instant messenger ,unable to log in both yahoo and msn messenger, all other internet connection is ok.
I assumed this is from anti virus protection I installed a bunch of times due to pop ups ,and been not be able to unintall and resume the previous condition.
Could anyone have any idea how to start back up pc ? delete all the files I have and so that I could use my pc as new ?

There are 2 things you could do. You could completely reformat the computer and you would lose all the programs and information on it, but it would be like you just bought it from the store.
Or this might be because of malware. In that case you should download HJT. Look at the stickies of this forum to see how to do that.
I would recommend the second choice, but it is up to you.
