Hi, I'm pleased to be able to join a great community like Daniweb. I just started exploring Ubuntu Linux system. Hope to learn more.
For a start, I got stuck after installing Ubuntu Server 13.04 on my IBM x3300 M4 system. Everything was fine during the installation until the system reboot after completing the intallation process.
Upon boot up the system gave the message :
Boot failed : CD/DVD Rom
Boot failed : HDDisk 0
Boot failed : HDDisk 1
Finnally this message : system halted, no boot device found
Thus I don' know what to do coz this is the first time I get involve with Linux.

no other message reve

have look at your hdd jumper settings.
