I've been getting a lot of alert e-mails from my router (Buffalo WHR-G54S) that there's been an intrusion (I turned Intrusion detection on). Over the past 5 days I'd say I've gotten 50-60 total (before I set the threshold from 5 to 1). I have Intrusion Detection enabled, but I'm not sure if that's working very well. Any advice on how to prevent this?

most of these programs are really paranoid.
get a sniffer and observe the traffic, I'm sure most of these intrusions are the ISP pinging you to make sure the host is up or something
