You can use robocopy to copy files that are in use. Not that it is very reliable but at least you can try it. It is available from the [url=http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&familyid=9d467a69-57ff-4ae7-96ee-b18c4790cffd]Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit tools[/url]. Run it with /COPYALL /MIR /ZB switches.
