How do I go in and deselect them manually so that they are not deleted and I could use them when I need them?

Sorry, it is spelled (iexplore.exe).

How do I disable from starting up when I start my computer and only use them when I need them. What about the other background processes that start up when I start my computer that I don't need how do I disable them aswell? I need step by step instructions because I don't know much about this.

I have a processing showing up in my task manager (iexplorer.exe) this is the first time I've seen it. It shows up when I start my computer and is taking up a very large amount of memory. Please tell me how to delete it? I ran hijackthis and it does not even show up there. I also want to know what process could I delete from my start up and how? I have Windows XP SP2 and I can't open Outlook Express. I keep getting an error message - (0x800C012E,5) Outlook could not start because MSOE.DLL could not initialize. Can someone please tell me what I need to do for Outlook to open?

I'm not sure what program is making this pop up. I don't know to much about these things that's why I need help. I really need step by step instructions. The running programs automatically start when my computer starts ups. I was not using any of them at the time. Could you please give me step by step instructions to do the task you listed.

I keep getting this annoying system alert pop -up say ([EMAIL="trojan-spy.win32@mx"]trojan-spy.win32@mx[/EMAIL]). I ran hijack this and the results are below. How do I get rid of this pop - up?
