I got a laptop today, but it came with the hard drive partitioned in two. Is there a way to "de-partition" them without running Setup? I'm using Win XP Pro SP1, by the way.

I have been reading on making a recycle bin for SMB shares. Anyone utilize this? It would save me the scramble for a tape if the users delete somthing they decide they need. :cheesy: :cheesy:

I am having issues with my SMB server. This is strange and I can find little to no info on this issue. The shares have full rights but when a user accesses a file the user has full rights and everyone else only has read rights. Any ideas???? Thanks
