I found out the virus was false whn bitdefender was ran with McAfee. Uninstalled McAfee, installed AVG- No Virus. Still can't open internet explorer in the users accounts, but will work in the administrative account. Installed firefox and still no help. Ran adaware & spybot-nothing. Help Please.

New computer infected with newpolywin32. McAffee can't remove nor Bitdefender. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! :'( :confused:
