I have a friend who's computer is currently inoperable due to some screw up on his part, and he asked me if I could ask for help. Apparently, his computer was randomly restarting itself, and when he asked someone why, they said it was too much dust on the inside …

This is my first build and I'm a bit discouraged with the results. Once everything is hooked up, the power supply is switched on, and the power button on the front panel is pushed, two things happen: the lights on the fans flash on, and the fans budge a little. …
