Publicity is one of those things that can go either way if it is negative. Lots of people just crave the attention.
I would be interested in that information as well. I currently use adsense, but am always looking to venture into new venues.
I gave up on trying to learn all that language. I just use a site builder now.

I get about 12% click through rate on my site. I used to get only 3-4%, but then I removed a conversion tool visitors were looking for, so they would click on adsense to find it.
