Use Google Site search.. add the search box on the right side of your pages.. customize the search box to return related results from all of your site's pages.
There are a lot of free hosts and free websites. Search "free web hosts" in Google and will see a list. Be careful of sites that offers everything for free.. they just want your email for spamming.
