If you have the original OS copy just do as the system asks you to by inserting the OS disc it will resolve the problem by itself if it is system s/w related problem.

There is no such option but you can take the important data on other disk and reinstall the OS and then make partition have tried it myself it has worked.

You must know that the printer has its own memory so all you need to do is clear the memory and put new instructions. What you have done is fine but make sure you don't give random print task am sure it will work fine.

The system in which you are finding this problem just load the original driver of the printer it must solve your problem.

Insert your OS disc when you start your computer because .dll is system file once the system comes to know that the disc is available it will resolve the problem. The system will either replace it or make a new copy of the file.

Just mirror your HDD with external HDD then format the original that way you can get back the programs you want.
