if your data haven't been overwritten, then you can recover the data with data recovery software, i used one called minitool data recovery, so powerful, highly recommend. if you need, you can have a try.

flash drive is ot being recognized by laptop, then there is no chance to recover the data on it.

you mean that you want to delete the data Permanently ? if so, you can wipe the disk with partition wizard, then no one, no software can recover the data, all of the data is gone forever.

i think what you need it a data recovery boot disk. i know one whhich called MiniTool Power Data Recovery Boot Disk, it is for user to facilitate data recovery when operating system is damaged good luck.
