I recommend going to www.godaddy.com and open a account then transfer it there, and use their domain name "masking" Keywords and Title and description areas in the forwarding area, like I do some of mine. You will never regret going to godaddy.com I can say with confidence. Why? I have over 300 names there. Yeah I have a domain name with godaddy too, I just have a friend who pays for it though. Don't you need a credit card for paypal? Anyways, pccasegear are cheap and closer so postage would be cheaper... think I might stick with them :)
When I signed up for Paypal I had no credit card, all they wanted from me is on their form after joining is a checking account number and routing number is all. And that is so you can add money from your checking account into your new Paypal account and then you can use your new Paypal debit card for anything. I use mine sometimes for gas at gas stations. For my 98 Fatboy. Just fyi is all.

How about Paypal? They are a debit system and then they give you a Mastercard to use online, that's what I do all the time. I got a friend in New Zealand that uses Paypal too for domain names at www.godaddy.com I got over 300 domain names myself there godaddy.com I use them for monthly income while I do other things like Moddin Hee Heee! I love Neon for night lights in my room.
They have some pretty cool cases, I'll give you that. But it always more fun to actually do the mods yourself ;)

I have Win ME too and I love it. But I have had those same problems too. What I do is this, set my security level at medium, and I also go into r & r programs and click on remove Explorer, and at the right moment it will ask do you want to do three things repair, delete or another thing, choose repair option. Then try that. if that doesn't help I got a few other things to try. Also keep your home page set to blank. That will tell you if any website is wanting to change your home page without your asking. Also, check your settings in the tools - internet options - advanced - restore defaults and then change them later for your own choices. Ya know I got to start spending more time here. There are a lot of level heads here. But at the time I am so busy giving away my free gmail invites at another forum. But I will be back. I do have this websites banner on my website pages though.
I think godaddy takes checks now. Anyway I seen it on one of their pages. I own over 200 domain names there. I don't host any of my names there because I am my own host but I use them for forwarding.
