Fix the warnings.
Use CODE Tags
And use proper formatting

Try writing your own code for a change, as opposed to

- find random crap on the web
- find it doesn't compile (gosh, shock, horror)
- dump the sorry mess on a random forum hoping someone else will spend time fixing it up while you go party.
