We require a cropping tool that will allow users to crop a jpeg image to a pre-set cropping size. This size will be the dimensions of an A2 sized piece of paper 420mm x 594mm.
The tool must be able to rotate the image.
Effectively it would function on similar lines as a free cropping tool found here http://ekot.dk/programmer/JPEGCrops/
Anticipating growth the tool must also allow for other pre-set sizes to be added later on.
The tool must remain small in file size as it is intended to be a free commercial download from the web. We must therefore satisfy all licensing laws.
