My question is very simple. What they save on their servers? On certain sites we are allowed to download a limited amount of data per day. After changing IP, clearing cache and reseting Modem still they recognise me. I wonder what they save ???? I want to develop a project in which this technology will be used. so please help me in understanding this THING !
