Hai,
ive created a SQL database, but now i want to place and use this on another PC.
Is it possible to write the database files to a CD or DVD and then copy it to another PC? If yes then please explain how.

Jump to PostYou need to backup the database and then the .bak file that is created can be restored on another PC quite easily. Are you using SQL Management Studio?

If u can have down time for the current database then try detach and attach
it will be easy and fast
