hello...

I created a website having a database. I realised that I need to set a database username and password. I tried to include it in the connection string but I'm having the below error:

Login failed for user ''. The user is not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection.


I need to know exactly how to set up the username and password from the beginning. I am using visual studio 2008 and tried going on to the server explorer and select 'Add Connection' but still I don't know from where do I have to get the username and password. Also from where do I get the server name?

This is a MS SQL server, not a MySQL problem.
