Is there a way to send a message or any way to communicate with a PC automatically using an Android Phone?
Like, a user just presses a button and a pre-written message is sent to a PC?

Yes and No. First you need to establish connection (usb cable, bluetooth, infrared, IP) and then you have to have both ends covered with some application that will send/receive message
