I am trying to add admob to an android app and I want to test it out first before I publish the app anywhere, but it seems in order to test it I need an ad unit id which I can only seem to get from admob after actually publishing the application. Is there any way I can test admob in my application without first putting the application on the market or something? I have looked everywhere and can't seem to find an answer to this problem.
