Im an IT student from La Salle University, where having a problem regarding our final Thesis project. Our Project is about Android Application, our problem is that (1)we dont know if an application can get a stored 3d animation(video) from a web server. (2) We cannot get the Conceptual Framework of our project. Will this project is possible to create?..

Yes, you can download a video just like a file and you can play it using the built in player.

Conceptual Framework? I assume this is something you do?

But to answer your question, yes, in Android, you can download a video and play it.
