Hi All,
I am interested in developing a desktop application which takes a mobile number as an input and able to find out the current exact location where the device is.
I am java developer and having little idea in Android.
Note : No specific tracking apps are installed in the device. Please help me.....

First you have to decide flow then creat layout of whole application and design all pages as per layouts.
You know java then you can develop android app easily so start coding.
