im tryin to find out the best way to turn an excel spreadsheet that has all types of formulas in it into an application that i can put on a disk to be installed on a pc

Excel is a specific analysis package, and as such it performs very well in certain things ie analysis. To attempt to replicate its features in another application would be a waste of time. If you want to share/distribute it then just save it and move it.
