Hello ,
I would like to know the difference ADODB and ODBC when connecting VB6 to an Access database . Is one prefered over the other and in what circumstances.

Thanks ,

ADODB is based on the OLEDB. This is a different architecture from ODBC. ODBC is a different layer itself, it is neither part of front end nor backend.
