Hi, don't know if anyone has come across this but i have a c# program that changes the wallpaper of the desktop on a regular basis. BUT, the program doesn't change the background whilst my system is unlocked, its only when i lock it that the background changes are viewed...the WP remains static whilst unlocked.
Now it works on a home pc, where i am admin, but not my work pc where i am a simple user. Would Windows have the power to stop me unless i change it manually whilst logged in?
Anyone any clues.
The changer was found on Csharphelp.com, needed a bit of tweaking but works great, even changes jpg to bitmaps...
