can someone tell me where I have to start?
I wanna make a program like cheat engine but I have no clue how :o...
Im not a beginner ( but also not an expert :P ) in C++(/CLI)...

What functions do I need?

Yes it is. It's also a hint that we don't provide code without you showing some effort.

Cheat Engine is open source. Think about what about it interests you most and check out the source for that part. There's also a forum on their main site if you have a specific question to ask

I just wanted to know how to start.
Just say me what I have to search with Google etc.

Thought I can get help on this board but what I see are crazy guys who say that Im a copy&paste kiddy.
