I'm new at this.

I tried to "Publish" my app using "ClickOnce", but when I try to install it on another computer, it won't work without an internet connection.

Is there a way to put everything someone needs to run my app on one disc?

My goal would be to make it work on an older machine with something like Windows XP SP1/Not updated

So I figiure I'd need to publish it complete with the .NET framework and SQL? Is there a way to do this?
