Does anyone know of a good utility (DLL preferred) that can be used to extract COLD documents from a Panagon Image Services system to TIFF or PDF format? I need to do this on the fly, so to speak, as the documents are being extracted from IS. I know that the COLD documents are text documents with a background TIFF image as a template. I want to convert them to TIFF or PDF documents.
