i describe what i mean ..
i want to create map like GPS then can find shortcut path from source to destination place .. but only for certain place not globally . example structure campus..

This is a non-trivial problem, so I don't recommend you try to code it yourself. There are some free tools available that have already solved it. Here you can find some more info, or google "free java gis application" or something like that.
