try this at form's load event

Private Sub Form1_Load(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles MyBase.Load
        Me.Width = Screen.PrimaryScreen.Bounds.Width
        Me.Height = Screen.PrimaryScreen.Bounds.Height

    End Sub
