What do you mean by improve graphics? Do you want a windows application or are you talking about gaming graphics. If you want windows applications than consult Win32 or something like that. Gaming Graphics are very difficult (in my oppinion [varies]) and you should think of using an external library. BE MORE SPECIFIC please.
