:?: In this assignment I am to Design an HTML form that includes(at least) the following components:


*Customer ID
*Total purchase amount
*Submit button
*Reset Button

Explaination of program: The company uncfsu.edu wants to increase it's online sale. They have a promotion. If a customer has purchased at least $100.00 of products online in any single transaction, he/she gets a 20% discount.
I already have the information on it. I don't need the program. I need the format. If there is anyone familiar with the CGI perl script, can you please reference me to a site or some kind of format.
