Question seems a little out of context to me...
You simulate hookes law using physical experiments with different materials.
I don't see how a computer can replicate this.

All I can think of is you create a gui, then using known values for k you can apply hookes law to get the force. Then find the net force, hence the acceleration, and also the velocity, and displacement.
Then create an animation of the motion in the gui.

Fairly hard to do, but not too hard.
