This is probably going to be beyond my knowledge/experience but I thought I'd ask...

I work on a radio station in the UK. I have a friend in Canada who wants to listen but he is 5 hours behind us.

I'd like to be able to capture our shoutcast stream, record it to HDD and then play it out on a different stream after a 5 hour delay.

Does anyone have any experience with this kind of madness?
