Convert Excel to word?

Can anyone tell me how can i convert excel to word .
I hope anyone can show me how to include the tables in the convertion.

You Converting excel files to word the methods to copye the excel table, cell ect. Select this table click drag across then convert to text using the menu table convert to word.
