java application error!....need help (non programming problem)

hi there...
first of all i dont know where to post this,but still its a java thing so i post it here..
...i need help on this,,dnt know how to fix,, when i play video or a video chat,,it failed to load and have a java application error,

down is the error details:thats the only detail it give

I don't want to be discouraging, but there's nothing in there that gives any kind of clue about what happened. Unless there's some other info you can find I doubt that anyone here will be able to help... sorry.

Uninstall all version of java. Restart your computer. Install the latest version of java. If your still having issues, you can contact us, we can help using remote support.
