Hello Guys
i'm trying to stream a webcam feed using C#
i searched on the web and didn't find a standard RTP library for dotNet
so my question is: is C# the way to go or i should use Silvelight or Flash ...
PS. i want the stream to be captured by any mobile device OS. (Android, IOS, .....)
