How to do this? :Write a program to draw a face of a clock that looks as close to the below as possible. (Note that the
clock tick-marks are thicker than your usual lines!) Include comments to explain to the reader what
you’re doing.

Would appreciate very much thank you. Also I have another question : Use the turtle to create something of artistic value << Can someone give me ideas? Thanks

Are you learning turtle? Are you expected to do that in turtle?

Then the only thing is missing now is the "below".

Turtle is designed to be easy. If you can draw the image by hand on a square paper, then you can do the same with turtle.
