Hello,

I am trying to figure out the direction i would need to go in order to create the circuit in Digital Works. Right now I am stumped. I do have a working asynchronous counter that can go from 0-13. Can you help push me in the right direction?

I was able to figure it out using the counter that goes from 0-15 and adding some gates.
