There are plenty of great online tutorials and documentation on advanced c++ and even game development. As you know the c++ basics, I suggest you have a look at https://www.udemy.com/advanced-c-programming/ and http://www.cprogramming.com/advtutorial.html . There are plenty of tutorials if you search it up in Google. When you have completed the advanced level of c++, you should be capable of developing and programming a software without further help.
