It would be good for some people to help me out on putting sounds in my application without Pygame, because it doesn't work on my PC. If you can then it would be highly appreciated for your help. If you could not reply then you could do a download for Pygame for Python 2.7.10!

It appears you have some odd issue beyond what you asked. If this was me I'd being asking why Pygame isn't working.
