I m working on a multiuser VB project using MS Access as Backend Database.
I wanted to know that through VB coding, how to know that any other user is
currently accessing the MS Access DATABASE .

I do not have an answer to your question, however, I am using Access and when more than one person looks at the data, one or more records become corrupted. thru coding I am keeping more than one person from editing or adding records.

I do have the DATA on a server thru a local network. It is possible that the corruption problem I have is related to the local network being slow. I wish I knew the answer.

I would do a lot of testing before putting the DB into full operation.
