What would be the best available solution for uploading files to a Web Server from ASP ? I have been using MS Posting Acceptor but it is giving bizarre problems (See here). Also I came to know it has 2 rather unpleasant problems - destroys all session data after a successful upload and is no longer supported on Win 2003 and later.

So what would be a good solution for uploading files ? My requirements are

1. It should be free (Very few of my clients would be willing to pay for additional stuff)
2. It should work in most versions of Windows (Win 2000 and above)
3. It preferably should not use any ActiveX control.

What would you suggest ?

I did that already and found some solutions. I was looking for user experiences about what they use, how robust the solutions were, etc. A sort of a feedback/review stuff
